Aglow Cayman offers exchanges for the same item, if eligible or store credit. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging OR have been damaged during shipping.

For many reasons, including sanitary ones, we cannot accept exchanges on certain items. Non-exchangeable items include, but are not limited to:
Bralettes or intimate goods
Sale Items
Gift Cards
Any item that was purchased more than 15 days ago

Damaged Goods
Damages that happened during shipping must be made known as soon as the item is received. Please take photos of damaged items and submit them when requesting your exchange.

Refund of Purchase by Store Credit
If your item is not able to be exchanged for whatever reason, our standard operating procedure is to provide a store credit.

Aglow Handmade Jewelry
Because these items are made by hand, we will look at each item on a case-by-case basis as long as the item was purchased within the past 30 days and the materials are still available. We do not repair items that Aglow Handmade did not create.
