Distance Reiki Session Info

For your distance reiki session, the rules are simple, get as comfortable as possible for the 30-minute session! It is best if you be in a quiet room or area where you can lay down and be uninterrupted. 

Before our session, use the restroom, set the mood; darken the room, light a candle, use essential oils, play relaxing instrumental music, light incense - whatever makes you feel relaxed and spend 5-10 minutes prior to our session meditating. 

I will then call you via FaceTime. Have your phone/iPad/laptop handy for our FaceTime call so there is an easy transition. 

I’ll briefly explain what I will be doing, ask if you have any areas of concern, and then perform the distance reiki in silence.


Here are a few things to bear in mind post-reiki.

Reiki is an extremely gentle treatment but because it works with the energy and energy systems of your body it is not uncommon for you to feel like you need to rest or have unexpected emotions arising. This is the result of blockages clearing. Let these emotions come, making note of them if you’d like to. 

Energy Work is hungry work. Keep yourself hydrated, drink 1-2 glasses of water following your session and listen to what your body needs in terms of food and snacks. Nourishing foods will help you integrate the reiki energy best.
