For fellow intuitives and lightworkers, I want to make one thing very clear, I do not believe that spiritual work and racism can live in the same space and it should not. If there is introspection that needs to be done on your part, do it. Listen, educate yourself, and grow. I have witnessed too many "spiritual influencers" bypass this issue and again it has been noted.
Don’t make yourself small to make others comfortable. Don’t shy away when you want to speak out. Don’t hide your emotions because someone with no capacity for emotions cannot handle yours. I recently read that everything you feel is holy, honor that.
Disclaimer: Marriage is work and at times messy, dirty work. No marriage is perfect because human beings are inherently flawed and that’s okay. But I believe that staying in love is a choice and every day you choose to remain in love with your partner.
I’ve just come from a lovely flow + meditation class so I’m blissed out and highly meditated [read: riding the love train like your drunk friend giving out hugs in the club] and I just want to say, even if you don’t feel it or see it or think it; you are worthy as fuck.
